We are looking for a Senior Marketing Campaign Manager to join the team and contribute to the growth of our client and optimization of their brand presence in Switzerland. This role presents a great opportunity for someone passionate about brand strategy, integrated campaign execution, and marketing performance, who wants to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead marketing campaigns for services and global brand initiatives across the Swiss market.
- Oversee the end-to-end campaign process, from briefing through to execution, including creative development and media planning across both ATL and BTL channels.
- Lead cross-functional campaign project teams, working in close collaboration with global and central departments (PR, social media, website, CRM) to ensure local market relevance.
- Collaborate with in-house creative teams and external agencies (creative and print) to manage the production of campaign materials.
- Liaise with store teams and regional managers to gather feedback pre-, during, and post-campaign, ensuring strong execution and feeding learnings into future initiatives.
- Ensure that a campaign performance report is completed for each initiative, tracking KPIs, capturing insights, and sharing learnings across the wider team.
- Support the Marketing & Digital Director in the review and validation of creative assets prior to launch.
- Manage campaign budgets, including accurate forecasting, tracking, and reporting throughout the year.
- Oversee the maintenance and reprint of customer-facing materials such as brochures, leaflets, and other brand assets.
- Monitor brand performance metrics, such as brand consideration (Brand & Ad Tracker analysis) and service uptake KPIs (e.g. volume of eye tests).
- Measure ROI of advertising spend using tools such as Media Attribution analysis.
- Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of all marketing campaigns.
- Build and nurture strong cross-functional and agency relationships to enable efficient campaign execution and alignment.
Profile
- Fluent in English and German; other languages are a plus.
- Degree-level education, with 4 to 6 years of experience in marketing communications for a consumer brand or service in a fast-paced environment (e.g. FMCG, retail).
- Proven experience in managing campaigns across TV, radio, digital, and social media.
- Experience in managing and coordinating media and creative agencies.
- Excellent project management, communication, and influencing skills.
- A self-starter, results-driven, and highly motivated by customer impact.
- Comfortable presenting and engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Strong budget ownership experience across large-scale campaigns.
