We are currently looking for a motivated and results-driven Shop Agent (m/w/d) to support the expansion of the stores in Sierre. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Actively support customers and sell products and services.
• Analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions that best meet their requirements.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Provide comprehensive advice on mobile technology, internet, and TV solutions.

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training in retail, sales, or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of practical experience in a sales environment, ideally within the telecommunications industry.
• Strong closing skills and the ability to advise and persuade customers effectively.
• Reliable, resilient, and flexible personality who thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Confident, professional, and customer-oriented manner.
• Fluent Swiss German, both written and spoken; additional languages: English and French are a plus
