Description du poste
Lead the design and deployment of high‑precision, AI‑driven machine vision and optical imaging systems. Leverage your advanced degree and hands‑on experience to drive quality‑control and metrology solutions from concept through industrial-scale implementation.
- Conduct feasibility studies and define optical and vision system specs for real-time defect detection, OCR, and precision measurement
- Design and prototype optical hardware (lenses, lighting, sensors), perform simulations and tolerancing using tools like Zemax, LightTools, or Code V
- Develop and optimize vision algorithms using OpenCV, VisionPro, Python, C#, TensorFlow/PyTorch
- Integrate imaging systems with robotics (UR, Staubli), sensors, and industrial communication (TCP/IP, MQTT)
- Perform on-site deployment, calibration, client training, and support of vision systems
- Lead documentation, system validation, and continuous performance optimization
- Master's or PhD in Optical Engineering, Applied Physics, Medical Physics, Photonics, or similar
- PhD: typically with 5+ years of experience post-degree
- Master's: with 3+ years of relevant experience
- Strong background in optical imaging (OCT, fluorescence, interferometry) and metrology
- Expertise in deep-learning based image analysis and/or classical computer vision
- Proficient in optical design software (Zemax, Code V, LightTools) and programming in Python, C#, or C++
