As Partnership Manager, you will report directly to the International Director and work closely with:
- The International Regulatory Manager
- The Administrative Manager
- Headquarters departments including Legal, Supply and Finance
You will be responsible for the management of existing partners and expanding the company's footprint in new countries & markets according to the global strategy. Thus, you will build our global product, price and distribution strategies.Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Work closely with the HQ's marketing team to develop marketing strategies to locally support distributors and prepare quarterly Business Review
- Source new partners with a focus on European countries, openings in Asia as well as tactical expansion on other markets
- Lead distributor's negotiations and liaise with internal departments - including Regulatory Affairs, Legal, Supply, and Finance - to reach agreements while preserving the Group's best interests
- Coordinate monthly internal meetings with all the relevant stakeholders
- Participate in national & international trade fairs to enrich your network and meet with partners
- Monitor, analyze, and report on activities as well as be responsible for an annual budget (marketing tools, trade shows, travels, annual seminar, )
- Analyse market opportunities to prioritize opportunities
- Report monthly to the management
Description du profil
Holder of a master's degree in Life Science or in Business Administration with a strong pharmaceutical background, you can justify a successful experience of a minimum of 8 years in International Development.You also have a perfect understanding of regulatory and you are:
- Fluent in English and French, German would be a plus
- Excellent project management skills
- Self-driven with analytical skills
- Trustworthy and winning personality with a positive attitude
- Team player with a strong commercial mindset
- Willingness to travel
You are keen to work in an entrepreneurial environment and ready to accompany the company in its continuous expansion.
