Our client, an established organization based in Geneva, is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their Accounting Department. You'll manage end-to-end payroll for over 500 employees, working closely with HR and Finance.

Payroll Specialist (F/M/D) - Geneva

Contract: 3-month temporary, leading to permanent (CDI)

Workload: 80%-100%

Your Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll and variable compensation
• Manage social insurance declarations and tax at source
• Coordinate with pension funds and external auditors
• Handle annual reports, salary certificates, and reconciliations
• Advise staff on payroll matters
• Support financial reporting and ledger reconciliation

Your Profile:

• 4+ years in payroll, ideally in a mid/large organization
• Experience with international or cross-border payroll
• Strong knowledge of Swiss social insurance and payroll laws
• Fluent in French and English
• Proficient in Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus
