Our client, an established organization based in Geneva, is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their Accounting Department. You'll manage end-to-end payroll for over 500 employees, working closely with HR and Finance.
Payroll Specialist (F/M/D) - Geneva
Contract: 3-month temporary, leading to permanent (CDI)
Workload: 80%-100%
Your Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll and variable compensation
- Manage social insurance declarations and tax at source
- Coordinate with pension funds and external auditors
- Handle annual reports, salary certificates, and reconciliations
- Advise staff on payroll matters
- Support financial reporting and ledger reconciliation
Your Profile:
- 4+ years in payroll, ideally in a mid/large organization
- Experience with international or cross-border payroll
- Strong knowledge of Swiss social insurance and payroll laws
- Fluent in French and English
- Proficient in Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus
