Our client, an international organisation based in Geneva is searching for a: Comp & Ben Specialist
Mission: The compensation & benefits specialist contributes to the design, implementation and continuous improvement of the organisation total rewards framework.
- support the design, maintenance and continuous improvement of salary structures and compensation frameworks across the offices.
- conduct external market benchmarks and salary studies (ch/fr/uk) in partnership with external providers.
-coordinate and prepare the annual merit, bonus and recognition
-contribute to the implementation of the company job grading system (evaluation of roles, documentation, consistency checks).
-support the review and optimisation of benefits plans in all jurisdictions (health insurance, lpp, travel insurance, allowances, etc.).
-prepare analyses and documentation required under European pay transparency regulations.
-Maintain and enhance C&B dashboards, KPIS and recurring management reports.
-Support the new HRIS implementation
Education & experience
• Master's degree in HR, business administration, finance, economics or equivalent.
• 4-7 years of experience in compensation & benefits, ideally in international or multi-country environments, including Switzerland.
• strong analytical and numerical skills; advanced excel abilities.
• understanding compensation mechanisms, benefits structures and pay equity principles.
• high attention to detail, rigour and data reliability.
• strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
