Our client is a specialized fast-growing Asset Manager with a focus on Private Markets investments and a track record of well performing funds of over 15 years. Due to further expansion plans in the Private Equity Fund and Co-Investment business, we are searching for a VP Private Equity.

• Due Diligence of Private Equity fund managers, secondary and co-investments
• Support existing private equity investments and manager selection of new investment opportunities
• Help to develop new global investment ideas across niche investments in private markets globally
• Represent the company at investor events and meet new and existing GP's
• Originate attractive fund and co-investment opportunities and monitor existing investments
• Manage the risk exposure and liquidity planning
• Support and collaborate with third parties and prepare quarterly investment reports

• University degree in Business administration, MBA or CFA would be a strong advantage
• 8 years of experience in Asset Management with a focus on primary Private Equity
• International experience in an Investment Manager role with a focus on Fund, Co-Investments or Secondaries
• Strong motivation for investment and private markets
• Hands-on, curious personality who is a team player and willing to work in a small international team
• Emphatic, high-level of self-motivation and strong people skills
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Fluent in English, German would be a strong asset
