Responsibilities :

As a Product Owner - Oracle TMS, you define and deliver a multi‑year, outcomes‑driven product roadmap aligned with our client's strategy and transformation goals. You work with HQ and site stakeholders to shape scope, KPIs, and success criteria, while tracking benefits across deployments. As a key business-facing representative for the TMS program, you drive decisions, priorities, and trade‑offs, and manage the enterprise product backlog across evolution, rollout, and run activities. You set and enforce standards for localization, reuse, and release readiness, working closely with functional, technical, and architecture teams. You oversee external integrators, ensuring strong knowledge transfer and clear documentation, support capability building within internal IT teams, and lead continuous improvement. You run structured go/no‑go processes, lead post-go‑live reviews, and ensure full business and technical readiness for each deployment phase.

Profile:

• Bachelor in IT or equivalent
• Experience in a similar position (logistics platforms' implementation
• Good knowledge in tier-1 TMS vendors and operating models
• Ability to convert business requirements into deliverable plans.
• Very good knowledge in backlog management and lifecycle delivery
• Very good knowledge in Oracle OTM
• English fluent
