Responsabilità
- Lead and manage product development projects from concept through to production release
- Design and develop mechanical components, including concept design, detailed drawings, prototyping, and manufacturing processes
- Perform technical calculations, analyze test results, and validate product performance for both standard and customized solutions
- Evaluate and optimize environmental and sustainability aspects across the entire product lifecycle
- Continuously improve products from both a technical and logistical perspective, considering manufacturing and quality processes
- Monitor project progress, including industrialization activities
- Prepare and maintain all relevant technical project documentation
- Manage engineering changes (change requests)
- Interface with international suppliers for the definition and sourcing of technical components
- Provide technical support to the sales team
- Contribute to the evaluation of production investment feasibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze non-conformities and support product certification processes
- Present project results, key decisions, and updates to Management and Steering Committees
Profilo
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (e.g., Mechatronics, Robotics)
- Proven experience in mechanical design and product development (experience with small gearheads is a strong advantage)
- Solid understanding of project management principles
- Proficiency in Siemens NX (3D CAD) and Teamcenter (PLM)
- Structured and methodical approach with a strong results orientation
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
- Well-developed organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, combined with creativity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in Italian and English (mandatory)
- German and/or French are considered a plus
