Responsabilità

  • Lead and manage product development projects from concept through to production release
  • Design and develop mechanical components, including concept design, detailed drawings, prototyping, and manufacturing processes
  • Perform technical calculations, analyze test results, and validate product performance for both standard and customized solutions
  • Evaluate and optimize environmental and sustainability aspects across the entire product lifecycle
  • Continuously improve products from both a technical and logistical perspective, considering manufacturing and quality processes
  • Monitor project progress, including industrialization activities
  • Prepare and maintain all relevant technical project documentation
  • Manage engineering changes (change requests)
  • Interface with international suppliers for the definition and sourcing of technical components
  • Provide technical support to the sales team
  • Contribute to the evaluation of production investment feasibility
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze non-conformities and support product certification processes
  • Present project results, key decisions, and updates to Management and Steering Committees

Profilo

  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (e.g., Mechatronics, Robotics)
  • Proven experience in mechanical design and product development (experience with small gearheads is a strong advantage)
  • Solid understanding of project management principles
  • Proficiency in Siemens NX (3D CAD) and Teamcenter (PLM)
  • Structured and methodical approach with a strong results orientation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
  • Well-developed organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, combined with creativity
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in Italian and English (mandatory)
  • German and/or French are considered a plus
