Description du poste
- Manages and streamlines grant procedures at various phases of the grant life-cycle
- Examines budgets, action plans and funding requests
- Engages in evaluating performance, financials and management for program decisions
- Maintains records in grant management databases
- Liaises with stakeholders
- Serves as focal point for collecting and disseminating grant-related information for designated countries
- Prepares briefs and coordinates responses to requests from both internal and external sources
- Cooperates with other country teams to ensure a unified strategy within the Grant Management Division
- Identifies and tracks critical grant management issues and potential risks
Description du profil
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance or relevant field
- At least 2 years experience as Project Coordinator or similar, OR at least 4 years experience as Project Assistant or similar.
- Proven experience in either program or project management, especially with intricate or challenging portfolios
- Prior experience in financial and program management
- Fluency in English and high level of French, any additional languages is a plus
- Familiar with program budgeting and financial procedures, capable of executing financial analysis
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
