Responsibilities:

As a Compliance Control Specialist, you contribute to the bank's control framework and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You assess and test controls across various compliance areas, identify gaps, and support the implementation of corrective actions. Working closely with Compliance, Risk, and Business teams, you help strengthen risk management practices and ensure effective control execution.

Profile :

• University Degree (Business / Law)
• 3 - 7 years experience in similar position
• Excellent knowledge in Compliance, Audit and Internal Control
• Strong knowledge of regulatory framework (AML, KYC)
• French and English fluent mandatory
• Swiss residence mandatory
