Our client is a Swiss financial institution with over 10 billion assets under management in real estate and a diverse product range (private debt, private equity and new real estate products). Due to further expansion plans in the Asset Management business, we are searching for an Institutional Sales VP/Director to cover Swiss Institutional clients with the focus to raise assets for domestic real estate investment products and customized solutions (segregated accounts).
Description du poste
- Responsible for the development of new Swiss institutional investors in Switzerland
- Maintaining relationships with Pension Funds, mid-size insurance companies and investment consultants
- Actively contribute to new product solutions and client offerings to help launch of new investment products related to real estate products
- Help to promote new domestic direct real estate products and develop relationship with CIO's, heads of real of estate and real estate portfolio managers
- Responsible to build a market development plan in connection with existing and new product solutions
- Initiating and coordinating local marketing activities and contribute to their smooth running
- Analyzing regulatory developments as well as feedback on customer asset allocations, product selection and solutions
- Communicating with subject matter experts and work regularly with internal departments product management, portfolio management
- Participate regularly external events and associations with institutional investors
Description du profil
- University degree or higher qualification in finance/real estate, CFA is an advantage
- At least 8+ years of experience in sales & relationship management, institutional sales in Switzerland
- Track Record in raising assets from Swiss institutional investors
- Network to local Real Estate investment decision makers and pension funds
- Strong knowledge with investment strategies, products and especially with real estate products
- Advantage to have experience with private market assets
- Driven self-starter and team player with a solution and client orientated mind-set
- Strong relationship management skills coupled with good social skills
- Fluent in German and English, French is an advantage
