Our client is a well-established independent Wealth Manager based in Switzerland and Europe.
Description du poste
- Integration within the Wealth Management department;
- Participating in client meetings with a Senior Portfolio Manager;
- Explaining the investment proposals, the investment outlook & portfolio management strategy, the cooperation with external custodians;
- Understanding and respecting the client compliance & MIFID regulation;
- Answering to the different client requests;
- Participating in marketing events such as presentations, dinner & charity events, marketing events (evening & week-end) and sport events;
- Research analysis ;
- Understanding investment method and client portfolios;
- Contributing to the weekly Research Meetings;
- Monitoring a number of client portfolios on a daily basis by using portfolio management system;
- Executing the necessary transactions;
- Transmitting the orders to the involved custodians;
- Responsible for the verification of a correct order execution and booking;
- Reporting to the clients and Management;
- Other various tasks ad-hoc;
- Day to day in the office.
Description du profil
- Graduated from a Bachelor economics or equal to experience;
- Similar and relevant professional experience as Analyst, Junior Portfolio Manager or Portfolio Manager Assistant within a Wealth Manager, a Family Office and / or a Private Bank based in Switzerland;
- Very high understanding of financial markets and financial instruments;
- English and French languages fluent both written and verbal;
- At least one additional language;
- Good level on MS Office and Portfolio Management System;
