Responsibilities

• Defineand implement the annual marketing plan with a focus on the world of golf
• Definecommercial strategies to increase sales of services: membership and corporateevents
• Developpartnerships with sponsor companies
• Manageinternal and external communications for the club/company (newsletters,website, social media, campaigns)
• Developdigital engagement strategies
• Analyzethe golf market
• Designand promote events (e.g., tournaments) in collaboration with management
• Optimizebrand positioning in the local, national, and international markets
• Managethe commercial process
• Maintainrelationships with corporate clients and premium members
• Monitorsales KPIs and prepare periodic reports for management

Profile

• Degreein Marketing, Economics, Communication, or related disciplines
• Previousexperience in sales roles (sports/golf sector)
• Knowledgeof the golf sector (rules, market, etc.)
• Excellentknowledge of English MUST
• Knowledgeof German and Italian is considered a plus
• Skillsin digital marketing (social media, advertising, automation)
• Commercialplanning skills
• Excellentdata analysis and reporting tools skills
• Stronginterpersonal skills and customer focus
• Commercialattitude, negotiation, and partnership management
• Creativityand sensitivity to brand identity and customer experience
