For our client, a growing tech company, we are looking for a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist fluent Russian/English.

This is a a 4 to 6 months mission and this role can be based outside of Switzerland (full remote)

· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse portfolio of EPD (Engineering, Product, Design) and IT & Security roles across multiple geographies.

· Execute multi-channel sourcing campaigns (direct outreach, job boards, agency partnerships) tailored to specific roles and international markets, including the UK, Germany, France, and Armenia.

· Run structured intake meetings with hiring managers and People Business Partners to define role requirements, build candidate profiles, and establish clear selection criteria.

· Conduct thorough initial screenings to assess both technical baseline and cultural alignment, ensuring only highly qualified candidates reach the interview stage.

· Coordinate the entire interview pipeline, brief interviewers, collect structured feedback, and ensure a swift, premium candidate experience.

· Keep hiring managers and the People team consistently updated on pipeline health, bottlenecks, and strategic adjustments.

· Direct and evaluate external recruitment agencies when necessary, writing clear briefs and holding them accountable to our quality and timeline standards.

· Maintain clean and reliable data on all open searches, time-to-fill metrics, and blockers, even while our internal ATS infrastructure is still evolving.

● A strong track record of full-cycle technical recruiting within a B2B SaaS, tech, or scale-up environment.

● Deep experience hiring across Software Engineering (frontend, backend, QA, DevOps, Unity etc.) and Product Design, mandatory. Experience hiring across IT & Security a strong plus.

● Demonstrated success hiring across various European and international markets, with a clear understanding of how candidate expectations and sourcing strategies differ by region.

● High self-motivation, discipline, and proactive communication skills required to thrive in a remote-first, high-autonomy environment.

● Comfort operating in a fast-paced setting where processes and tooling are still being built, keeping the focus firmly on delivery and quality.

● You are approachable, collaborative and have a good sense of humor. No ego, no drama, just calm, curious energy and a bias for action.

● Proficient in English and Russian.
