Our client is a private bank in Geneva.

To assist the Head of Wealth Solutions with:

1. Tax Planning and Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies for private banking clients to optimise financial outcomes.
  • Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide proactive advice.



2. Client Consultation:

  • Provide personalised tax advice to high-net-worth clients, addressing their individual needs and financial objectives. Including cross-boarder advice and wealth transfers optimisation.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to integrate tax planning into overall wealth management strategies.



3. Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with Swiss tax laws and regulations for private banking activities.
  • Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
  • Educate client on the topic and updates



Description du profil

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field. Legal certifications or ongoing legal studies are a plus.
  • Ideally, 1-2 years of experience as a paralegal or in a legal support role.
  • Knowledge or experience in tax and LPP pension planning is highly desirable.
  • Perfect knowledge of MS Office
  • French and English is mandatory; German a big plus.



Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise responsibilities effectively.
  • entrepreunarial mind with the capacity to handle big projects.
  • Proficient in legal research and analysis.
  • Familiarity with legal software and databases.
