For one of our clients, a pharmaceutical company based between Geneva & Lausanne, we are looking for a Team Leader Facility & Maintenance (M/F):
Your Responsibilities:
- Facility & Maintenance Management
- Ensure efficient operation of building systems, utilities, and manufacturing equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Manage facility improvement projects (renovation, expansion, new equipment).
- Coordinate subcontracted maintenance activities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintenance & Calibration Leadership
- Develop and maintain the site maintenance & calibration plan.
- Ensure timely execution and accurate documentation in the electronic quality system.
- Manage quality records (CAPAs, deviations, change controls).
- Analyze breakdowns and support root cause investigations using the Deming cycle.
- Optimize spare parts inventory.
- Implement and monitor maintenance KPIs.
- Team Leadership
- Supervise, coach, and develop the Maintenance & Calibration team.
- Lead recruitment, performance management, and training activities.
- Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Quality & Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO standards, and internal Quality Management Systems.
- Maintain readiness for audits and regulatory inspections.
- Stay up to date with regulatory evolutions relevant to the facility and equipment.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Maintenance, Calibration, or related technical fields.
- Strong understanding of ISO, cGMP, GMP-compliant environments.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cleanroom operations and technical support.
- Proficiency in IT tools (Word, Excel, ERP, MES, eQMS).
- Strong troubleshooting skills, ability to work with complex equipment.
- Fluent in French and English (written & spoken).
- Experience in a leadership role within an FDA-regulated industry.
- Training in Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, MSA, Reliability techniques.
