For one of our clients, a pharmaceutical company based between Geneva & Lausanne, we are looking for a Team Leader Facility & Maintenance (M/F):

Your Responsibilities:

• Facility & Maintenance Management
• Ensure efficient operation of building systems, utilities, and manufacturing equipment.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Manage facility improvement projects (renovation, expansion, new equipment).
• Coordinate subcontracted maintenance activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintenance & Calibration Leadership
• Develop and maintain the site maintenance & calibration plan.
• Ensure timely execution and accurate documentation in the electronic quality system.
• Manage quality records (CAPAs, deviations, change controls).
• Analyze breakdowns and support root cause investigations using the Deming cycle.
• Optimize spare parts inventory.
• Implement and monitor maintenance KPIs.
• Team Leadership
• Supervise, coach, and develop the Maintenance & Calibration team.
• Lead recruitment, performance management, and training activities.
• Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Quality & Regulatory Compliance
• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO standards, and internal Quality Management Systems.
• Maintain readiness for audits and regulatory inspections.
• Stay up to date with regulatory evolutions relevant to the facility and equipment.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Maintenance, Calibration, or related technical fields.
• Strong understanding of ISO, cGMP, GMP-compliant environments.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cleanroom operations and technical support.
• Proficiency in IT tools (Word, Excel, ERP, MES, eQMS).
• Strong troubleshooting skills, ability to work with complex equipment.
• Fluent in French and English (written & spoken).
• Experience in a leadership role within an FDA-regulated industry.
• Training in Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, MSA, Reliability techniques.
