Our client is a well established, Swiss Asset Manager regulated by FINMA.

• Establish and develop a dedicated Wealth Management business
• Liaise with the CEO and Board in building the private banking offering
• Firstly attract and maintain your own clients
• Further grow a private banking team which will also focus on attracting clients from their network
• Expand the overall current client and asset base
• Ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements
• Active member of the executive management

• Proven experience of over 10 years in attracting and maintaining own clients
• Ideally experienced in leadership and managing other bankers
• Direct and current client base
• Truly entrepreneurial spirit
• Market focus Switzerland and/or Europe
• Extensive experience in Swiss banking
• Build and nurture relationship with key stakeholders both internally and externally
• Self-motivated and dynamic with an ability to work independently
• Fluent in English with all other languages a plus
