Our client is a private investment firm located in the heart of Zug. They are looking for a legal counsel with a focus on M&A. The role will report directly to the General Counsel. They are looking for a quick-thinking, committed, collaborative, and curious individual to help their business navigate the complex legal and commercial challenges.

• Legal support for M&A, private equity, and direct investments.
• Drafting/reviewing legal documents (e.g., agreements, partnerships).
• Advising on deal structuring and negotiations.
• Enhancing corporate governance frameworks.
• Developing and updating legal resources.
• Consulting with external advisors for support.

• 4-6 years of legal experience (in Switzerland) in fast-paced or investment-focused environments.
• Big 4 experience highly valued (manager level).
• Strong in relationship management, negotiation, and communication.
• Financial literacy and comfort with transaction modeling.
• Tech-savvy, capable of using collaboration platforms.
• Trustworthy, adept at handling confidential info and presenting to diverse audiences.
• Innovative problem-solver with strong commercial insight.
• Strong work ethic, integrity
• Understanding investments
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
