Our client is a private investment firm with offices in the very centre of Zug.
The purpose of this position will be to support the in-house legal team in a wide range of corporate and private markets transactions. The role will report directly to the General Counsel.

• Collaborating closely with General Counsel on legal, tax, and compliance support.
• Drafting/reviewing contracts, agreements, NDAs, and more.
• Conducting legal and tax due diligence for investments.
• Addressing corporate governance, compliance, regulatory, and data protection.
• Developing and maintaining legal resources and documentation.
• Ensuring regulatory and compliance obligations are met.
• Assisting with KYC for new relationships and investments.
• Liaising with external advisors for efficient support.

• 1-2 years of legal professional experience in Switzerland
• Master's degree in Law
• Strong relationship building and management skills
• Effective negotiation, communication, and networking abilities
• Proficient in technology for collaboration and information sharing
• Trustworthy, capable of handling confidential information
• Skilled in presenting to diverse audiences through various media
• Innovative in solving business challenges
• High commercial awareness
• Strong work ethic and integrity
• Multi-project management
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
