For an international company in Geneva, we are looking for a :
Payroll Specialist
You will be part of a payroll team and will handle the payroll and administration processes according to local legal, fiscal, contractual, compliance and data privacy requirements.
Mission:
-Manage the entry and exit process of the employees
-Deal with all employees' requests regarding salaries and tax issues or any HR Administrative related matters
-Support the Facilities department with the management of the rental apartments and parking spaces
-Support the Manager in the Pension Fund process at the end of the employees' career
-Support the Manager during the Year-End Closure: manage all the activities linked to the Fiscal Year-End Closure
-Update of the employee salary information after the Annual Salary Review
-Prepare salary declarations for the various administrations
-Report accurately employees' data and tale data-driven decisions to increase the overall effectiveness of the organization
-Manage administrative and payroll processes including rack and process data to calculate compensations (total work hours, rates of pay, benefits)
-Maintain up-to-date HR Absence Management systems, and prepare absence and holiday's reports on a monthly basis
-Implement various projects with the assistance of the manager and the team, such as setting up a clock-in/clock-out system, remote record
Profile:
-4/5+ year experience in HR Administration and Swiss Payroll
-Knowledge of Swiss social security and benefits and their impact on Swiss payroll
-Clerical numeracy and accountancy knowledge
-Knowledge of the regulations that norm the employment relationship and the related obligations (including fiscal duties, pension plans, standard national labor contracts clauses, benefits)
-Knowledge of compensation and benefit concepts, principles and practices including pay, rewards, bonuses, benefits and leave programs
-Knowledge of the administrative, fiscal and legal aspects related to the different employees' remuneration packages
