Oversee the majority of activities related to each release, including establishing overall and detailed planning for bank releases.
Collaborate on the elaboration of release scope with the PMO, Project Managers, and Domain Heads.
Manage risks and resolve issues affecting release scope, delivery schedule, and quality.
Measure and monitor progress to ensure release readiness with the support of teams (20+) in different locations and time zones.
Communicate release status to stakeholders (IT Board, Business and IT teams).
Produce Deployment, Run Books, and Implementation Plans.
Lead and coordinate Go-Live activities, including the execution of deployment plans and checklists.
Work with the IT Tooling Team to understand the impacts of branches and code merges.
Continuously work towards making improvements in the release process.
Ensure the update of release process documentation.
Perform budget monitoring.
