  Program Management and Coordination: Provide exceptional program management and coordination support, ensuring strategic alignment with our operational objectives. Facilitate the development of strategies, workplans, and priorities across departmental teams, ensuring a cohesive approach to our global initiatives.
• 
  
  Strategic Support: Offer analytical support in the development of operational strategies and priorities, contributing to grant approval processes and engaging in strategic planning at a global level.
• 
  
  Communication and Collaboration: Drive the development of knowledge products, manage key briefings, meetings, and events, and maintain strong communications with global partners, including community, civil society, and technical organizations.
• 
  
  Reporting and Analytics: Contribute to high-quality reporting and analytical support, acting as a departmental focal point for monitoring and evaluation functions.

ualifications:

• Essential: University degree in public health, business/public administration, social sciences, or a related field.
• Desirable: Advanced degree in a relevant field.

Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years in program management, strategy, performance improvement, and international development or public health.
• Proven experience in project coordination within a multi-stakeholder setting. Experience in developing countries, NGO environments, and project management is highly regarded.

Skills:

• Exceptional command of English, with proficiency in French considered an asset.
• Strong analytical abilities, strategic thinking, and a global mindset.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships with a high degree of flexibility and resilience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
