  • As part of its launch on the Swiss market, we are looking to recruit for its real estate division a Real Estate Project Manager (m/f/d).

Description du poste

  • Design, management, planning and execution of construction projects
  • Verification of the contractual framework of external contractors and implementation of the organisation for project execution
  • Management of the various project phases, and more specifically of bids for contractors, cost planning and management, supervision of execution and acceptance of the work in accordance with the company's objectives
  • Identification of project risks and assessment of actions to be taken

Description du profil

  • Architect or civil engineer diploma (EPFL, HES, or equivalent)
  • At least 5 years project management experience in traditional, general and/or total contracting in Switzerland. An exposure to projects in the retail sector is a strong plus
  • Deep knowledge of federal, cantonal and municipal regulations
  • Strong contract negotiation skills, complemented by an entrepreneurial and action-oriented spirit
  • Good social skills and excellent communication skills
  • Collaborative, organised and structured team player
  • Flexible, committed and mission-driven
  • Sound language skills in both written and spoken French, German and English
