As a long standing family office located in the heart of Geneva, we are looking for an Accountant with strong technical and language skills.

Your responsibilities will be focused on:

- Responsibility for day-to-day accounting, including financial movements, expenses and investments

- Preparation and processing of bank orders according to financing needs, and participation in bank reconciliations on a monthly basis

- Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual closings and reports

- Reviewing the management accounts of investment companies for reporting purposes

- Assisting the team in producing reports for the trusts, the family and various stakeholders

- Preparation of management accounts for the board of directors and executive directors of investment companies

- Production of year-end financial statements of investment companies and trusts

- Dealing with ad-hoc matters and challenges inherent to investment holding companies

Ideal profile:

- You qualified with success from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) or equivalent (such as a Brevet Federal)

- You have successful experience in an audit firm (Big4), in a family office or within a trust.

- You have a strong knowledge of complex structures.

- You are an English speaker or have a C1 level (mandatory)

- You have a good command of accounting software and systems, Microsoft Office and reporting systems.

- You are autonomous and independent but willing to work hand-in-hand with a dynamic, close-knit team."
