Our client is an international company in the finance industry with multiple locations across Europe.
Description du poste
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage end-to-end employee processes, including onboarding, contract creation, and exit procedures, for employees across various European locations.
- HR Documentation: Draft employment contracts, attestations, and other official correspondence. Maintain and update personnel records and HR databases.
- Collaboration with their payroll team.
- Absence monitoring : sick leave and workplace accidents in partnership with payroll and external service providers.
- Work Authorizations: Manage new work permit applications and renewals in Switzerland in collaboration with external providers.
- Compliance and Legal Matters: Stay updated on changes in immigration laws.
- HR Reporting: Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports on various metrics, providing insights to management.
- HR Projects: Contribute to continuous improvement and documentation of HR processes and mobility management.
Description du profil
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
- Language Skills: Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP HR systems especially Workday.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders in multiple locations.
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Compliance Awareness: Knowledge of Swiss and European labor laws and regulations.
