Description du poste
- Manage HR administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring all employee records are accurately maintained and confidentially handled.
- Update and maintain HR systems with current employee data, benefits information, and other relevant details.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company, and handle the offboarding process for departing employees.
- Generate and analyze HR reports, providing insights into various metrics such as turnover rates, hiring metrics, and other key performance indicators.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Serve as a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and managers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Assist in various HR projects and initiatives, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the HR Services team.
Description du profil
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, with a minimum of 3years in HR.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, laws, and regulations.
- Ability to start performing tasks effectively from the first day with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office (especially Excel for reporting purposes).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
