Description du poste
Long-term Illness (LTI) Responsibilities:
- Oversee and track LTI cases using HRIS reports and sick leave notes from employees.
- Dispatch status change notifications to affected employees.
- Adjust payroll calculations based on LTI coverage levels.
Health Insurance Duties:
- Gather and input insurance coverage details from new employees into HRIS.
- Adjust HRIS data for any premium modifications, like the addition of a family member.
- Instruct payroll on premium alterations due to new hires, family additions, or coverage shifts.
- Handle extended coverage queries for departing employees and compute prorated premiums for those leaving mid-month.
Pension Plan Tasks:
- Modify HRIS data for incoming and outgoing employees.
- Manage pension withdrawal requests for employees leaving the company.
- Address and resolve employee inquiries about the pension plan.
Leave of Absence Duties:
- Consistently ensure compliance with the company policies regarding leave request submissions and approvals through HRIS.
- Adjust payroll based on approved leaves.
- Track sick leave durations concerning LTI.
Description du profil
Fluency in English is a must.
- At least 1 year of experience working in an HR-related role
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field
- Expertise in HRIS and other HR-related systems
- Strong understanding of employment and labor laws
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
